Advertisements that you create with Eduwebads will appear throughout the EduNetwork, giving you a chance to place your message in front of millions of potential students to help drive them to your destination URL or School.
When you create an advertising campaign with Eduwebads, you choose the Gender and Age of your audience you want to target with your ad, indicate how long you want the ad to run, and specify the maximum amount you are willing to spend. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad and visits your destination URL to learn more about your School. We will keep showing your Banner Ad until your campaign has reached its expiration date, or you have reached your spending limit.

How does Eduwebads work?

• You can create an online campaign with Eduwebads in just a few simple steps. You do not need to pay any upfront sign up fees to get started and there are no contracts. You just need to provide us with a valid credit card. You will only be charged when someone clicks on your advertisement. .
You can set up a campaign with these simple steps:
1. Create a Banner Custom Ad. You can create a Flash Banner Ad with Eduwebads Custom Banner Editor which allows you to choose from a variety of pre-built ad templates, choose your own background color, add and edit text and upload images and Logos. Alternatively, you can upload your own ad directly to your Eduwebads account. The choice is up to you!
2. Select your target audience. You select the audience that you are targeting with your ad. With Eduwebads, you can target your ads to users within a specific gender and age range or geographic area based on the information provided by such users or available to Eduwebads, including their Internet Protocol (IP) address.
3. Chose a budget and schedule. You decide the maximum amount of money you are willing to spend and the target start and end date for your campaign.
4. Submit registration and billing information. Create a username and password for your advertising account and provide us with your billing information.
Eduwebads will handle the rest for you. Your ad will run on Eduwebads and be targeted to the potential Students that you have chosen. Your ad will continue to run until your campaign has reached its expiration date or exhausted its budget. Again, for Master and PHD accounts you will only pay when someone clicks on your ad to learn about your School or enrollment.

Where will my ad appear?

Your ad will appear throughout Edunetwork or dictate the provider that choose to use such as Google, Yahoo, MySpace or Facebook and many more. Your ad will only be targeted to potential students with the gender and age profile information or Internet Protocol addresses that correspond to the targeting options you chose.

How much does Eduwebads Banner Ad cost?

With Eduwebads, the banner ad is free with any campaign. The amount you spend is up to you. You can spend as much as $150,000 or as little as $500 per year. You are in control - just set your budget to the amount you are willing to spend.

How much will I be charged when someone clicks on my ad?

Eduwebads searches the best cost per click that will match your campaign targets. The minimum cost per click is based on your target audience. What is an ad?

An ad is a Flash graphical image that appears on the internet. It is intended to advertise your school and what your school has to offer. When a user clicks on your ad, the user will be directed to your destination URL.

What happens if someone clicks on my ad?

If a user clicks on your ad, the user will be taken to the destination URL that you specified for the ad. You will also be charged your cost per click or bid amount, which is the amount you are willing to pay when someone clicks on your ad

Can I include a destination URL in my ad?

Yes, you can add a destination URL on your campaign targeting page. Any user who clicks on your ad will be taken to the external URL submitted.

Can I change my destination URL once my ad is live?

Yes, you can edit their campaign any time. Login to account. Go to My accounts. Click on “Show Campaign” and then click on your account. Once you edit your account make sure to click “Save Changes” Please allow up to 48 hours for the changes to take place.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, you may sign your school up for as many accounts as you like. We recommend trying different type flash banner ads to optimize your online display campaigns to help target exact potential students.

Can I control where my ad will appear?

Though you can target your ads to exact geographical location, and gender and age requirements, Eduwebads users will not be able to control when your ad will appear on Internet. You may however, with the Edunetwork ad placement tool, control which website your text or display ad will be advertised on.

How do I create an ad?

How do I edit an ad?

Go to your Eduwebads “My Accounts” choose “Show Campaign” and click on the name of the campaign that contains the ad you want to edit. On the Campaign Details page you may edit any of the options. Click the “Save Changes” tab when you are done editing. Alternatively, you can select delete or pause your campaign and begin a new flash banner ad. Eduwebads has made designing your custom flash banner as easy as 1-2-3. Then start a new campaign.

Can I purchase a banner and not run a campaign?

Yes, you can edit a banner for free any time and choose the “BUY NOW” option in the Editor Page. Prices are supplied for each individual banner. Bulk pricing is also available and includes a set of 7 banners. Make sure you check mark bulk pricing for the bulk price. Enter your credit card information and the banner(s) will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail you supplied. When you receive your e-mail with the banners there will be a link which will take you directly to your banner files.

Can I use the same ad in more than one campaign?

Yes, you can use the same ad across multiple campaigns. There is no limit to how many times you can reuse an ad.

Can I upload an ad?

Yes, you may upload an ad directly onto Eduwebads..

How do I upload an ad?

Click on banner menu and you will see a link for uploading your own ad.

How many ads can I create?

There is no limit to the number of ads you can create. However, you must assign any ad that you create to a campaign. You may however create as may Drafts as you like and save them for future use. The Draft Flash banner ads will be in saved in account in “My Accounts” under “Saved Drafts”

How do I stop my ad from running on Eduwebads?

To turn off an ad, you must pause (or stop) or delete the campaign that contains the ad you want to turn off. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the “My Accounts” Menu Click on “Show Campaign”
2. Click on the name of the campaign that contains the ad you want to turn off
3. Click on "Pause Campaign" or “Delete Campaign” which is located directly under the top Campaign Page.
4. Then click “Save Changes”

How do I restart an ad if I have previously stopped it from running on Eduwebads?

To turn on an ad, you must reactivate (or restart) the campaign that contains the ad you want to turn on. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the “My Accounts” then click on “Show Campaigns”
2. Click on the name of the campaign that contains the ad you want to turn on
3. Click on "Run Campaign" which is located directly under the top of the Campaign page. Then click “Save Changes” Your ad then restart.

How can I increase the number of Potential Students who click on my ad?

There are a number of ways to increase the amount potential students who click on your ad:
1. You can increase the budget you have allocated for your campaign. This will enable your ad to receive more clicks.
2. You can start a new campaign.
3. You can modify your targeting criteria to reach a broader audience and therefore attempt to capture a higher number of clicks. Alternatively, you can narrow your criteria to make your ad more targeted and improve your overall clickthrough rate.
Try revising your ad to include a better visual design, ad caption and call-to-action language to entice a prospective customer to take immediate action.

Can I upload photos or images or logos from my profile?

Yes, you may upload logos, photos or images to your ad. Only JPG or GIF file formats or .swf files fewer than 50 k are supported. Video, flash, rich media and audio will not be accepted.
Please note, however, that any content contained within any ad must not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark, contract rights or any other rights of any person, any law or regulation as stated in Eduwebads.com TERMS OF USE. You must lawfully possess a copy of the content which you are uploading (for example, you purchased a copy of a photo), this alone does not give you the right to upload this work to Eduwebads.com. You may not use another person's or entity's trademark, service mark, slogan, logo, brand name, company name or other identifier without such party's prior permission or unless otherwise permitted by law or include a photograph or image of another person in your ad without that person's consent

What if I don't have a logo?

If you don't have a logo, we recommend using your School name or Web address in its place. Your ad may run without a logo, as long as the School name and Web address are included.

When will my ad appear?

When you submit an ad, your ad must be reviewed by the Eduwebads editorial team for compliance with our Terms of Use and Editorial Guidelines. Once your ad has been approved by our editorial staff, your ad will begin running on the Edunetwork. If you make any changes to your ad, it will need to be re-approved by our editorial staff before your campaign can resume.

What are the requirements and guidelines for my ad?

Eduwebads has developed a series of guidelines and policies geared toward promoting a safe and positive experience for our users. For details on these policies, please review our Terms of Use rules.

What is an ad impression?

An ad impression occurs when your ad is displayed and viewed by a potential student.

What is a campaign?

A campaign is a promotion designed to increase sales of your product or service. It consists of a graphical ad that promotes what you have to offer; a budget, which represents the maximum amount of money you are willing to spend for the campaign; a start and an optional end date, which indicates the length of time you want your ad to run on Eduwebads; and the target audience you wish to target in your promotion.

How do I create a new campaign if I am an existing user?

To create a new campaign, follow these steps:
1. Log on to your Eduwebads account
2. Design a flash banner ad.
3. or upload your own ad.
4. Select your target audience. You can target users by gender, age, or geography.
5. Set your campaign schedule and budget
6. Click "Save Campaign"

What is a campaign budget?

The campaign budget is the maximum amount you want to spend on a campaign. Whenever you create a new campaign, you will be asked to set a daily or lifetime spending limit for your campaign. Your ads will be displayed on Edunetwork and receive clicks until the total cost of those clicks reaches your campaign limit. Once your campaign reaches that limit, your ad will no longer appear on Edunetwork.

What is a daily budget?

A daily budget is the maximum amount you want to spend on a campaign each day. Once your campaign reaches that limit, our system will stop showing your ad on Eduwebads for that day. Your ad will re-appear on the next day if your campaign has not reached its end date. You will never accrue charges in excess of your budget each day.

What is a lifetime budget?

Lifetime Budget can be set up for any of the 4 accounts. They are preset amounts set for the lifetime of the ad, which expires in one calendar year. You will never accrue charges in excess of your budget over the life of the campaign.

Is there a minimum budget amount for a campaign?

Yes, the minimum budget amount for a campaign is $300 a month for AA accounts to insure maximum results.

How do I change my campaign budget?

Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign tab then click on your campaign that you want to modify. On the Campaign Details page, enter the new budget in the "Budget Amount" field. Then click “Save Changes.”

How often can I change my budget?

You can change your budget as often as you like. There is no limit on the number of times you can change your budget.

What does the status of my campaign mean?

We provide you with the status for your campaign to help you track the current state of your campaign. You can find the meaning of your status below
• Campaign Paused - Campaign has been paused by the user
• Campaign deleted - Campaign was deleted by user.
• Campaign Run- Campaign is current and running.

How do I pause (or stop) a campaign?

Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign then click on your campaign that you want to modify. Go to the Campaigns Menu and select "Pause Campaign".

How do I restart a campaign?

Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign tab then click on your campaign that you want to modify. Go to the Campaigns Menu and select "Run Campaign".

What is the campaign schedule?

The campaign schedule specifies how long you want your ad to run on Eduwebads. When you create a campaign, you will be asked to specify a start date and an optional end date. The start date indicates the first day you want your ad to run on Eduwebads. Note that your actual start date may be later because your ad must first be approved by our editorial staff. The end date specifies the last day you want your ad to appear on Eduwebads. You have two options for setting an end date: you can choose to have your campaign end on a specific date, or you can choose "no end date" to have your campaign run indefinitely.

How do I change my campaign schedule?

Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign tab then click on your campaign that you want to modify. On the Campaign Details page, click on the schedule section. In the "Campaign Start" and "Campaign End" date fields, type in the new dates for your campaign. Then click Save Changes.

What happens when my monthly campaign budget is reached?

When your campaign daily budget is reached, your ad will no longer appear on the Edunetwork for that month. It will re-appear on the following month if the campaign has not reached its end date. When your campaign monthly budget is reached, your ad will stop showing on the Edunetwork unless you increase the amount of money you are willing to spend.

What happens if I increase my budget after my campaign has already reached its campaign budget?

If your campaign has a monthly budget and your campaign is still within its specified start and end date, then your ad will re-appear on Edunetwork until your new spending limit is reached. Once the campaign's monthly budget is met, your ad will stop showing on Edunetwork unless you increase the amount you are willing to spend.

What happens if I decrease my campaign budget?

As long as your monthly budget for a campaign has not been reached for that month, you may decrease the monthly charges for the current month. As long as your monthly budget amount exceeds your actual charges, your ad will continue to display on Edunetwork until your new spending limit is reached. If the charges has been reached then your campaign will be treated as a new campaign and restarted at the decreased budget. Allow 48 hours for all changes to take effect.

What targeting options do I have?

Eduwebads allows you to target your ads to users based on gender, age, and geography. When you target your ads to geographic locations, you can choose from one of the following options:
• National US - Your ads will appear on the Edunetwork throughout the United States of America.
• Time Zones - Your ads will appear on the Edunetwork throughout the time zone selected.
• City/State - Your ads will appear on the Edunetwork and will only target the specific cities or states that you choose.
• Zip code - Your ads will appear on the Edunetwork and will only target the specific zip codes that you choose

What are my payment options?

We currently only offer the postpay payment option except for the initial 20% pre-pay to verify your credit card. Eduwebads bills continuously throughout the month as, which allows you to pay only after you have accrued costs for your advertising activity. You will not be billed in advance of any advertising activity. You must always have a valid credit card on file in order to use Eduwebads..Your credit card will be billed on a "pay as you go" basis. This means that your credit card will be authorized at the time you submit your campaign for 20% of the bill/monthly budget amount, but you will only be charged for the advertising placements you receive.

Why did I receive a charge for 20% of the initial Monthly Charge/Bill on my credit card?

We charge 20% of the initial bill or monthly budget to ensure that the card is valid.

When will you bill my credit card?

With our postpay billing method, you pay only for the clicks your ad has actually received, so you are not billed in advance. Eduwebads will bill your credit card after 30 days, or when your account has reached the monthly billing period. However, Eduwebads reserves the right to collect payment from Advertisers for any or all amounts that may be owed.

When will my campaign start accruing costs?

Once your campaign is approved by the Eduwebads editorial team, and you have submitted accurate billing information, your ad may begin running on Eduwebads and begin accruing costs almost immediately.

What credit cards do you accept?

We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How secure is my payment information?

Eduwebads and our third-party processor use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your payment information secure. Billing information is checked against the account information by our third-party payment processor. If the information submitted is invalid, the payment information will not be accepted. Also, our third-party processor will verify and store all credit card information in an encrypted format

How do I change my billing information?

Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign tab then click on your campaign that you want to modify. Go to the Campaigns Menu and select "Delete Campaign" At this point set up an identical account using your new credit card.
Can I keep more than one credit card on file for my account?
No, you can only have one credit card on file associated with your account.

What will appear on my credit card statement after I am billed?

"Eduwebads.com, Inc will appear on your credit card statement along with the amount billed.

Why do you charge me when I change my credit card?

Eduwebads will recharge a 20% when use a new credit card. We currently only offer the postpay payment option except for the initial 20% pre-pay to verify your credit card. Eduwebads bills continuously throughout the month as, which allows you to pay only after you have accrued costs for your advertising activity.

Why was my credit card declined?

There are several common reasons why credit cards are declined, such as:
• You have entered an invalid credit card number
• You have entered an invalid card security code
• You have entered an invalid expiration date or the date has passed
• You have entered an invalid billing address. If the address listed in your Eduwebads account does not match the address associated with your credit card, we may be unable to process your charges.
• You have exceeded your credit limit. Your credit card must have enough available credit to cover your advertising charges. If your credit card does not have enough credit, then you will need to lower your campaign budget or provide a new credit card with enough available credit.
We recommend that you contact your bank if you still cannot successfully submit your credit card information after reviewing the information provided above.

How do I verify my email address to complete the registration process?

Eduwebads sent an email to the email address you provided. Please click on the link within the email to complete the registration process.
If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM blocker or Junk Mail folder.

How do I suspend or stop Eduwebads MyAds?

You may suspend Eduwebads at any time. To do so, you will need to pause all of your campaigns. Here's how:
1. Under the My Accounts Menu, select the show campaign tab then click on your campaign that you want to modify. Go to the Campaigns Menu and select "Delete Campaign" or “Pause Campaign”
2. Then Click “Save Changes”
3. Repeat steps for each campaign in the Campaign Summary table
Once you pause all of your campaigns, your ads will stop showing on Eduwebads, and you will be billed for any pending charges in your account. Pending charges are the costs that you have accrued before you cancelled Eduwebads but for which you have not been billed. We bill every 30 days or when you reach your account credit limit, so your final charges may not have been processed.
